Meiert

Johannes
Lamberts
Johannes has been working at sum.cumo as a software developer in frontend and JavaScript since April 2018. As the JS Lead, he also oversees the conception, architecture, development, support and monitoring of frontend applications. Prior to sum.cumo, Johannes was a software developer for C++ static applications, freelance software developer (Web, PHP & MySQL) and IT project manager. Johannes also trained as a theater technician, with experience in supervising theater productions and designing stage sets. He loves working at sum.cumo, “because everyone works as a team towards achieving the best result, while also having fun together.” He likes tackling complicated, intellectually challenging assignments and developing new technologies. To relax, Johannes likes sports and music (especially jazz), as well as spending time with cooking and a good coffee. Kerstin
Puigmarti Concha
Kerstin has been with sum.cumo as a frontend developer since January 2016. As an animation specialist, she loves developing animation ideas for our projects. She especially values the exchange of ideas between the various disciplines involved. Before joining sum.cumo, Kerstin freelanced for seven years in film and television, doing things like 2D/3D character animation, storyboarding, layout, assistant directing, script and continuity. She also taught at Animation School Hamburg, offering character animation courses and lending her support to student projects. After that, she undertook retraining to become a frontend developer. Kerstin worked as a coder at Datenlotsen Informationssysteme, and then at SinnerSchrader for almost five years. Kerstin says she likes working at sum.cumo because “the management and senior staff have an openness and enthusiasm towards new ideas and suggested improvements. We’re explicitly encouraged to speak up and get involved.” Furthermore, she appreciates how the company also supports the personal development of all employees. “There’s a lot of people working here with their hearts in the right place.” In her leisure time as well, Kerstin enjoys animation in all forms. By teaching and supporting other women, she wants to encourage more of them to enter the technical professions. To unwind, Kerstin decamps to her allotment garden where she can enjoy nature.
