Digital frontend solutions - SCIP sales explained in webinar

After the last sum.cumo webinar met with such a great response, another online seminar was held on 15 July, accompanied by Ingolf (Putzbach), one of the managing directors of sum.cumo.

As Covid-19 once again emphasised the importance of digital interaction with customers and sales partners, the topic of the event revolved around "Sales, service and partner portals - digital front-end solutions for insurers". Not only are customer expectations constantly rising and demanding digital closing options, but also the sales force has to make adjustments and increasingly use digital tools in order to remain competitive. This increasing digitalisation is also something that tech-averse insurers have to face, even though a large proportion of them still work with offline solutions and dependencies on end devices.

Ingolf explained in his presentation why SCIP-Sales from sum.cumo offers the optimal solution for this. Modern APIs make it possible to connect the product to any policy systems. To ensure that data exchange with the user can be implemented quickly and efficiently, SCIP-Sales can buffer various data before the final transfer to the inventory system, thus ensuring an outstanding user experience.

"With SCIP-Sales, sum.cumo offers the first all-in-one shop system for insurers who want to sell online and handle essential business processes digitally via customer and partner portals," confirms Ingolf.
